Meet 31 year old recording artist Big Mexiko, hailing from Atlanta, Georgia.
He first began creating music at the age of 16. Initially it was something he would do for fun but eventually he realized his musical talent and started taking it more seriously. He noticed how he was able to naturally put together lyrics, being a good reader and writer, and he started freestyling. Shortly after improving his craft, he started to record his music.
Big Mexiko creates music under the Hip Hop and reality Rap genres. Quoted from an interview, “I like to be raw and real and talk about real life topics. It’s street and gangsta, but I’m not glorifying no bs”. He considers his music to be educating people on real life situations, rather than glorifying it.
His most successful track to date is titled “The Freestyle” which was done to Pooh Shiesty’s “Back in Blood”. He recently just dropped another track that gained attention called “For My Brother’s” which is available on all platforms. There are several notable artists whom inspire him, some of which include Spm, Boosie, Tupac, Gucci Mane, and T.I. This is just the beginning for Big Mexiko and his music career and he is an artist to be on the lookout for.
