Meet MTE Quel, born in September 1997, who is an upcoming recording artist hailing from Chicago, Illinois.
He first began creating music during November of 2020 when he recorded his first song. He makes music under the Rap, R&B, and Hip Hop genres. He is independent and not part of any label as of right now.
