Meet Joseph Talley Jr., also known by his stage name Planet Jo, who is in upcoming recording artist hailing from Boiling Springs, South Carolina.
He first began writing music at the early age of 12. Initially he had entered the music scene as a way to be accepted by others, mentioning that he wasn’t the coolest guy in school.
Planet Jo creates music under the Hip Hop and Rap genres. His most successful track to date is titled “I Wish I Was White” which was a song that speaks on black and white stereotypes.
There are several notable artists whom inspire him, some of which include Eminem, J Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Hopsin, Chance the Rapper, Tyler the Creator, Lil Wayne, Jay Z, and several others.
