Travis, also known by his stage name Big T Arrington is a 35 year old rapper hailing from Mississippi.
Big T began creating music during his high school years, however he didn’t begin to take it seriously until after he left Southern University. After getting out of school, he was able to find more time to focus on his musical career.
He creates music under the Rap and Hip-Hop genre. His music is similar to that of 8ball, B.I.G, and OutKast. One of his tracks even caught the attention of 2KSports for their 2010 video game release, which was titled “I’m Ah Ball”. Another track he release titled “Gettin Dat Paper” is what led him to close a distro deal with Team Mashin and Universal Music Group. There are several artists that inspire Big T, some of which include Andre 3000, 8Ball, and Big KRIT.
Big T isn’t only involved in the music scene. He also has a history of being a radio personality. Active in the DC area, he has been nominated for 3 times for the SEA awards. In 2011, he won the “Radio show of the year” award. He also has an acting backround from being featured in CBS’s “Blue Bloods” back in 2012.
Big T has always been one to get involved in several different fields throughout his life. He has a diversified background through his music, acting, and radio hosting. There’s lots in store for him, and we will see more from him in the future.
