J$smok3 is a 21 year old rapper hailing from Donna, Texas.
He began creating music during September of 2017. His motivation for starting was because of a female in his life. Quoted in an interview, “I started because of a female who had me in my feelings when I was younger so I decide to put my feelings into a song and that’s how it all started”. Ever since this moment he has proceeded to write and record more music over the years.
J$smok3 creates music under the lyrical rap genre, having a style comparable to Drake and J Cole. His most successful track reached over 9,000 streams on SoundCloud, which was his fastest growing song. He mentioned, “I came up with this song in 30 minutes, that one is special cause I hit a big milestone on that track for the amount of plays”.
There are several artists who inspire J$mok3 including Drake, J Cole, and Joey Bada$$. One of his biggest dreams is to be signed by one of these three artists, and there’s no doubt in his mind that he will reach that goal one day. Quoted in an interview, “I am a big believer of the universe so I know one day I will meet one of those artists”.
J$mok3 is new to the music scene, but this doesn’t stop him from making progress. He started with a unique style, setting himself apart from other upcoming artists. He has a different type of sound, opening up the potential for him to gain many new fans. He’s one to think outside the box and look at the bigger future.
