Skella is a 19 year old artist hailing from Knoxville, Tennesse.
Skella has had a passion for music throughout his childhood. He participated in the band at his high school and played the drums for his local church. He made his first song on the guitar at age 14, but didn’t begin to take it seriously until the age of 16.
Skella creates music under the Alternative and Sad Rap genres. His most successful track is titled “Skwertle Skuad” which he made with his group called “BLKWTR”. It amassed over 1,500 across its streaming platforms.
There are several notable artists whom inspire Skella, some of which include XXXTentaction, Lil Peep, and especially Skye Von due to his inspirational improvement. Most of all he is inspired by his own group BLKWTR and everyone who’s in it, including EXIDA, Skye Yonne, and ARSONY.
Skella is currently in the works of more tracks along with music videos. This is just the beginning for Skella and BLKWTR and we hope to see more from them in the future.
NOTE FROM ARTIST: My main goal is to connect with people. I want to inspire people the same way that xxxtentacion inspired me. He always pushed to his fans that no matter what happens that you can do whatever you wanna do. That you can always reach your dreams and to never give up on them. I want to make art that people can feel. I want to be completely real and transparent through my music. For me this has nothing to do with money. I only want to help people. I want to be a hero to struggling teens. Just like my inspirations were to me.
