TCO is a 21 year old rapper hailing from Enterprise, Alabama.
He began taking music seriously around July 2019, however he has always had a passion for it. Prior to his musical career, he had a dream to play for the NFL. Quoted in an interview, “I wanted to finally break the generational curse”. After attempting to play for several different colleges, he was tired of being denied and decided to turn his focus.
TCO has always been musically talented, and while going through a period of depression he was able to use music as an outlet. Quoted in an interview, “It was all that I had to keep my mind off reality and the fact that everything I worked so hard for in life was basically took away from me”. While going through this music continued to grow on him, and football soon became a thing of the past. He encountered a blessing that wasn’t specified but he stated that it was the best thing that ever happened to him.
He creates music under the Hip-Hop and R&B genre. One of his most successful tracks is titled “ZaZa”. The song refers to weed as ZaZa, which caused people in his community to even start using the word. Most artists tend to have several inspirations, however TCO stated that Chris Brown is the only artist that has ever truly inspired him.
There has been a lot of different factors that caused TCO to see success, however there is one he finds more significant than all else. This is his relationship with God and his church. He stated that without these two things, he isn’t sure where he would be at in life. He is thankful for his pastor Jevon Goode’ and Destiny Church. TCO is just getting started with his musical career and he is an artist to look out for in the future.
